We are happy to refund any Alexa Chung product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging within 28 days from the delivery date. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package within 7-10 working days (this may take longer during a sale period).
We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance; if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. Please send an email to [email protected] to log your return before sending. Please state your order number and the item you're returning. We cannot issue a refund for items returned without this process.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings and underwear/swimwear, unless they are faulty.
We currently do not offer straight exchanges. Please return the goods and place a new order, if you inform our customer service team of both order numbers, we will refund your secondary shipping cost.
Please follow the steps below to return your goods:
1. Fill the Returns Form enclosed inside your parcel (please email customer services if there is not a returns form included in your parcel.)
2. Email customer services stating order number and the product you're returning.
3. Please send via a tracked service, of your choice, to: ALEXACHUNG c/o Bleckmann Logistics, Unit 11D Broadmoor Road, South Marston Park, South Marston, Swindon, SN3 4WB. Please retain the tracking number to check that the parcel has been signed at our warehouse before contacting us.
1. Fill the Returns Form enclosed inside your parcel.
2. Fill the Customs Declaration. This CANNOT be hand-written. It must be printed and handed to the courier service outside your parcel. Download the form here.
3. Pack the products to return and find a suitable tracked courier service to ship the parcel back to the following address: ALEXACHUNG c/o Bleckmann Logistics, Unit 11D Broadmoor Road, South Marston Park, South Marston, Swindon, SN3 4WB, United Kingdom. Please retain the tracking number to check that the parcel has been signed at our warehouse before contacting us.
Once our warehouse receives the returned products and we have checked that the returned products have not been damaged or otherwise diminished, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted with a credit note. You will then be refunded with the payment method of your original order within 14 days. We will refund your payment of the purchase price, less any cost of expedited shipping if it occurs.
We reserve the right to send the goods back to you or do not issue a refund if the return does not fulfil our return policy.
Please note that you have rights to return goods which are faulty or which are not as described on our website. These apply whether you are a customer located in the UK, EU, or elsewhere. These terms are described in detail in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
