All orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

International Customers

For customers outside the EU, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Info


We are happy to refund or exchange any ALEXACHUNG product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging within 28 days from the delivery date. Please note we are only able to exchange like for like product, eg. a colour way or size swap. For refunds, we will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package within 7-10 working days (this may take longer during a sale period).

We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance; if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings and underwear/swimwear, unless they are faulty.

UK Return

1. Please log your return or exchange in the query box below with our customer service team.
2. Please fill in the returns form in your parcel and package your order in its original packaging
3. Please send via a tracked service, of your choice, to: ALEXACHUNG c/o Airbox Fulfilment | Unit 5 Communication Park, Green Lane, Steyning Way, Feltham, TW4 6DL. 
4. Please retain the tracking number to check that the parcel has been signed at our warehouse before contacting us.

International Return

1. Please log your return or exchange in the query box below with our customer service team.
2. Please fill in the returns form in your parcel and package your order in its original packaging.
3. Please send via a tracked service, of your choice, to: ALEXACHUNG c/o Airbox Fulfilment | Unit 5 Communication Park, Green Lane, Steyning Way, Feltham, TW4 6DL. Please ensure you quote the original Fedex export waybill number to your chosen carrier and you list your package as a British return.
4. Please retain the tracking number to check that the parcel has been signed at our warehouse before contacting us.

Once our warehouse receives the returned products and we have checked that the returned products have not been damaged or otherwise diminished, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your refund, it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

We reserve the right to send the goods back to you or to not issue a refund if the return does not comply with our return policy.

Please note that you have the right to return goods which are faulty or which are not as described on our website. These apply whether you are a customer located in the UK, EU, or elsewhere. These terms are described in detail in the T&Cs section of our website.
