If you are a customer located in the EU and you are not 100% satisfied with the items that you receive from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods within 14 days of them being delivered to you.

We are now offering FREE RETURNS 

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY
Orders placed from Monday 20th November 2017 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Friday 5th January 2017, provided they are received at our warehouse on or before the 5th January. Our normal 14 days refund policy applies to items purchased on or after 23rd December.

UK RETURNS
In order to return your items, please fill the Returns Form enclosed inside your parcel. To book your collection you must contact our customer service on our website via contact us or by sending an email to [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed.

NON-UK RETURNS
In order to return your items, please fill the Returns Form enclosed inside your parcel. To book your collection you must contact our customer service on our website via contact us or by sending an email to [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Once the warehouse has received the returned products and we have checked that the returned products have not been damaged or otherwise diminished, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted with a credit note. You will then be refunded following the payment method of your original order within 14 days. We will refund your payment of the purchase price, less any cost of expedited shipping, once we receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES (ALL ORDERS)
If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed.

The products may be returned by dispatching the package through our selected carrier or through another shipping agent or postage method. If you use our selected delivery company, ALEXACHUNG the return shipping costs are complimentary. If you decide to use a different shipping courier or other postage method than the one provided by ALEXACHUNG, you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the merchandise during transport in accordance with our returns instructions. Orders dispatched to applicable destinations outside of the UK may be returned by dispatching the package through our carrier.

Please note that you have rights to return goods which are faulty or which are not as described on our website. These apply whether you are a customer located in the UK, EU, or elsewhere. These terms are described in detail in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
